Service Description

Offering a safe, relaxing and accessible home in which you or the person you care for is able to keep routine and schedules in addition to having support to broaden their capacity in being in a new location, having access to therapeutic support to develop new skills or simply have some time away whilst family and carers are able to have some time out or get things done that they need to do.


Cancellation Policy

Bookings will be made through discussions with the individual and or family/carers. A service agreement will be made for the service allocation. Services are provided to one (1) participant at a time and will be charged at respective rate noted in the individuals NDIS plan. Eg. 1:1 support will be provided to the individual and charged at the rate that is noted in their plan (1:1, 1:2 or 1:3). If there are siblings requiring support, then arrangement can be made to support this. Services can be provided for 1-7 days maximum. If you require something outside of this, please contact TKR4Solutions directly to discuss. Payment will be via invoice and will be priced depending on supports and requirements of the service. Once a booking has been made: You must provide 48hrs notice to cancel the booking without a fee being imposed. If cancelled between 48-24 hours a 20 % fee will occur. If cancelled within 12 hours a 40% fee will occur. If cancelled less than 12 hours or no notification provided a 60% fee will be charged. This is to ensure that staff who have made arrangements to be available to support the individual are able to find additional work or to have their hours covered so they are not out of pocket. This ensures that staff are reliable and committed to providing support for the individual when bookings are made. Bookings for respite can occur with a known support worker also. Please discuss this prior to booking if this is something you would prefer to have happen. TKR4Solutions reserve the right to remove any fees depending on the situation and reason for cancellation. This may include evidence of a medical emergency or illness that has the potential to impact staff or increase the care needs of the individual accessing the service.
